Refund/Return & Exchange Policy - Updated 2024
Please contact us within 10-14 days of receiving your order so that we may issue you an RMA #. We gladly accept returns for exchange or refund up to 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. All returns must be shipped to our office - not our warehouse. We are not responsible for any losses due to failed delivery, or as a result of shipping to our warehouse, or for returning without an RMA.
Original sales receipt / proof of order must be matched with any returns. Please include order # (if one was issued) and your assigned RMA #
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" - definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• must not be a special order or a custom order
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received with defects, shipping damage or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact the carrier and our Customer Support Team immediately for resolution of the issue.
Refunds / exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. At our discretion, if items are received after 30 days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only.
Depending on the item and condition of the item, there is a 15-25% restocking fee for any returns. If you request a cancellation, we refund your order in full, less any credit card or bank fees we incur as a result of the payment processing.
Customer is normally responsible for all outbound and inbound shipping costs. Some exceptions apply.
